1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for choosing Poceti. By accessing or using our platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

Poceti provides generative AI-based image processing services, allowing users to upload product photos and utilize AI rendering technology to create studio-grade marketing visuals. Our services include, but are not limited to, online editing, scene generation, batch processing, and exporting.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  1. User Content: You retain ownership of all original photos you upload to the platform.
  2. AI-Generated Results:
    • Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, full ownership and commercial usage rights of the generated images belong to you (the User).
    • You may use these images for commercial purposes, including social media, e-commerce listings, advertisements, and print media.
  3. Platform Property: The Service's UI, underlying algorithms, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by Poceti and its copyright holders.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

  • Uploading material that is violent, pornographic, illegal, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI rendering engine or crawl results using automated scripts.
  • Using Poceti to generate visuals that are deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful.
  • Unauthorized reselling of credits or account access.

5. Credits & Pricing

  1. Credits System: Poceti operates on a credit-based system or subscription plans. Each generation consumes a specific number of credits.
  2. Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing (including pay-as-you-go and subscriptions) at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
  3. Refund Policy: Due to the instantaneous nature of digital AI services, all sales are final and non-refundable once credits have been delivered or consumption has begun, except in cases of total service failure caused by technical faults.

6. Service Modification & Termination

We strive to optimize AI performance and may modify, suspend, or terminate features of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to ban accounts for policy violations without compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Poceti aims for high-quality and hyper-realistic results; however:

  • We provide no express warranty regarding the absolute aesthetic quality of generated content or its market conversion performance.
  • The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network fluctuations, or third-party computing delays.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation or, failing that, through binding arbitration.
